Use of the App

Totteoki is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to create and save images for your own personal memories. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app
• Use the app to process images of others without their consent

In-App Purchases

Totteoki offers a one-time premium purchase that unlocks additional background themes. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided by Apple's refund policies.

Intellectual Property

The Totteoki app, including its design, graphics, and code, is owned by the developer. Images you create using the app belong to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
